At Arudhra Institute of Foreign Language, we aim to provide an exceptional learning experience for all our students. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our German classes, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund Period: Refunds are available within the first 14 days of the course start date.
  • Request Process: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request via email to inquest@arudhragoc.com.
  • Course Completion: Refunds will not be issued for courses that have been completed or partially completed beyond the 14-day refund window.

Processing Refunds:

  • Notification: Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Registration Fees: Registration fees and any administrative fees are non-refundable.
  • Materials and Textbooks: Materials and textbooks are non-refundable if they have been opened or used.

Cancellations:

  • Institute Cancellations: If a course is canceled by Arudhra Institute of Foreign Language, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Medical Emergencies: In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, please contact us at inquest@arudhragoc.com to discuss potential options for refunds or course credits.

No Refund Policy:

  • Strict No Refund: Please note that except in cases of medical emergencies, we operate a 100% no refund policy.
